The White Pelican complex encompasses 11 oceanfront residences spread across 3 elevator-operated stories, in addition to ground floor, covered parking, storage closets, and cabanas.

White Pelican is comprised of 2 larger penthouses on each end of the top floor, 4 additional end units, on the first and second levels, offering side sliding door patios; and 5 more uniquely fabulous suites.  

All units offer a Sanibel rarity: 2 bedrooms (2 bathrooms) plus a bonus room!  Some units have further converted the bonus room into an office, a den with a murphy bed, a breakfast area, or even a 3rd bedroom.  Each suite has its own style and character from the loving updates of its occupants.  From coastal chic to Floridian fun to modern tropical, the unique interior designs of the residences at White Pelican have something for everyone.

Every unit has a designated parking space: six units have covered parking on in ground-floor carport spaces.  There are additional shared guest parking spots.  The top floor units have rooftop lounge access. The residents share a group-maintained community resource room offering equipment for collective use, as well as overflow storage for larger items like carts and bicycles.  Five units have a storage closet for beach gear and recreational equipment and six units have larger air-conditioned cabanas with sliding doors and patios facing the beach.  Cabanas are another source of imagination for White Pelican ownership - having been used as home gyms, offices, game rooms, and more!

Suites range in size from 1542 - 1910 sq ft, prior to accounting for lanais, side balconies, and applicable cabanas and/or storage closets.  Our spacious lanais range from 314 - 455 square feet depending on unit layout.

We live and love White Pelican. 

 

Some of us live here in week-long breaks from the hustle and bustle, some of us snowbird here, some of us have permanently retired here, others make this a year round home and raise our children - putting them on the school bus stop in front of our tennis court. 

 

No matter our lifestyle, when we're here, we reside here.  Even when we're gone, we try to reside here in recollection and state of mind.  We treasure the serenity and embrace the blessing that is White Pelican.
